We started out the evening by metting up with Jakson from "Faithdown" at the Hard Rock Cafe. He was such a sweetheart! During his interview with Two Girls and a Blog, he told us all about his band and what they've been up to. It was great to finally meet him. jenny and I of course did our signature smooching picture, haha.
After that, we headed over to The Sound Academy, in the POURING RAIN I might add, to see illScarlett. As many times as I've seen them in my life, I never get tired of them. AND, for the first time that I've ever heard, they covered BON JOVI. It was fantastic! Also, this was the first time that I've ever actually almost fallen over from the crowd being so crazy at an ill show. It was a great time though!

After illScarlett, we headed over to The Supermarket in Kensington Market to see Birds of Wales play. They are one of Jenny and Scerina's favourite bands. This was my first time seeing them play! Throughout their set they were going on and on about these "pretty silver markers". So naturally after the show, we had to get them to sign our posters with their "pretty silver markers", haha. Their CD comes out in April, so be sure to check it out!
